Just 15 Minutes A Day Brings Sanity, Clarity & Focus!

Simpleology 101 is a free online multimedia course designed to help you achieve your goals.  Here’s why I love this program.  Simpleology provides a system of breaking down your goals into actionable steps and daily targets.  Your Daily Target Praxis (a guided method of creating your to-do list and determing the next action steps) give immediate structure to your day and focus your efforts on the most effective actions you can take that day to bring you closer to achieving your targets and bring you closer and closer to your Ultimate Life.

In Simpleology 101, you’re presented with The Scientific Formula For Success.  Don’t let the name intimidate you.  The formula itself is quite… simple. :-)

Step One: See your target.
Step Two: Keep it in your sights.
Step Three: Hit it, until you hit it.

That’s all there is to it but the way in which the system teases those targets out of you and helps you keep it in your sights is guaranteed to ensure you stay on track towards hitting your targets.

I first started using the system when it was first released – before it was the multimedia experience it is today.  Back then it was pretty much an ebook, some audios and a few videos.  I first used the principles and praxes to help me reach my goal of running a 5K race and I return to it periodically to get unstuck or when I feel that I’m spinning my wheels and not making progress towards my goals.

The WebCockpit is my favorite tool.  Being techie by nature, I really respond to online systems.  They make sense to me and work for me.  Even if you’re not technically inclined, Mark Joyner makes the system so simple and easy to use that it can be implemented by even the person with the least technical know how.

Who else wants to live their Ultimate Life?  Access Simpleology 101 and start hitting your targets today!
