I first started using the system when it was first released – before it was the multimedia experience it is today.  Back then it was pretty much an ebook, some audios and a few videos.  I first used the principles and praxes to help me reach my goal of running a 5K race and I return to it periodically to get unstuck or when I feel that I’m spinning my wheels and not making progress towards my goals.

The WebCockpit is my favorite tool.  Being techie by nature, I really respond to online systems.  They make sense to me and work for me.  Even if you’re not technically inclined, Mark Joyner makes the system so simple and easy to use that it can be implemented by even the person with the least technical know how.
